When I reach my calorie goal, I end up feeling more hungry by the end of the day rather than satisfied. When I'm a few hundred short, I am not as hungry. Why is this? I don't want to under eat and slow my metabolism, but I also don't want to be craving more food all of the time. It's so strange and I truly don't understand! HELP
