This is a good idea :) after all of thes comments it seems like getting a French press is a good idea if I want to drink it black. I really want to enjoy the true flavour of the coffee! Thanks for the recipe!!

There's a few things in life that no matter what I am not willing to give up and coffee is one of them. I would rather run an extra mile a day or do and extra 100 burpees to have coffee sometimes. I have cut back to about once a week and that's about as far as I am willing to go. [/quote] Totally agree, all in moderation…

Oh this is a genius idea, I love mocha/coffee type flavours as an iced smoothie consistency

My favourite is a caramel iced capp (Canadian version), it's about 350-400 cals.. I cut those out fast lol, it's like crack in a cup isn't it?

See that's what I mean, I want to learn to drink it black then it's perfectly healthy

Honestly I know what you mean, I've had really awesome coffee that didn't need anything in it, however I only have my Costco coffee xD which is good, but probably not as good as Haitian blue (sounds amazing)

It seeems like unsweetened almond milk (any flavour) is the way to go! Coconut is also great, yum

Mmm I do love hazelnut and I have been loving the unsweetened almond milk in my smoothies as well. I'll put some in my coffee and give it a try along with the hazelnut

Ice cream for Me, I can't have half a cup like normal people. I want my bowl to have a mountain of chocolate ice cream in there lol. I try not to have it in the house, that really helps me

Hey everyone! I used to use myfitnesspal a few years ago and found it very helpful! I lost 25lbs with a change in my diet and being consistent at the gym! Weights everyday and cardio a few times a week. I've hit a plateau and started to get a bit discouraged the last couple of months, but now that fire is in me again and…
