@onsickmom I went to the doctor and I was told to go get gastroscopy done. The only reason I haven't is because most of my indigestion has stopped. Hearing this, I think I will get it done. Thanks!

I fond that logging my food isn't too hard. Finding time to exercise away from the kids is. I took them swimming and for a bike ride so not too bad.

I did log my calories but didn't exercise. :( I did bike with my kids but no intense workout. Hard to find the time with the kids out of school this week.

That's how my problems with indigestion started, drinking applecider vinegar. I heard it helped with weight loss and drank a shot each night before supper. Then I started having really bad indigestion, which I never had before. I don't want to drink that stuff again!

I'd like to join the challenge. My goals are to do some form of exercise every day and to log everything I eat.

I did have a glass of wine on the 1st but I didn't see this challenge until today. No more alcohol for the rest of the month! I don't drink that frequently but when I do I have more than one serving and I don't work it into my calorie allowance. Another problem is that alcohol gives me bad indigestion lately.

Sounds like a great idea. I'm in! I think I will cut out the habit of eating sweets daily and save them for a special occasion.

Sounds like a great challenge, i'm only sorry I didn't discover it sooner. This is been one of the hardest obstacle to overcome, not to snack late at night. I'm in too! Me:1 LNS: 0

I live in Europe so all the nutrition labels are in grams. I have a digital scale so I think I will start measuring with it.

That's a great idea gossett331! I will have to try that. My biggest change Is staying away from the sweets. I have them in my house for my kids but I end up eating them as well.
