Yes you are definitely right pants sizes and inches are huge for me too. It makes me feel so good to see inches melting.

Yes it definitely makes you feel better about yourself when people ask you are you losing weight and stuff. It always makeseems me feel great. I also just love the gym. I love the amount of energy I have after I'm done working out.

That is awesome sometimes I think of my 100 pound goal and it kind of scares me. Then I remember if I just keep my lifestyle changed by eating better I can do it.

We have almost the same goal in mind. I would like to lose at least 100 more. But my short term is 40 pounds.

Hi I think that is great. I won't to lose 100 more pounds which will put me in the 100'same and I am afraid that everyone will think the same thing. That is great. I always try to start with my short term goal first also. Because it seems so hard when you are going for high numbers and sometimes you get discouraged when its just little by little. Good luck with your goals. You can do it.

Hi Dave I have been in the same boat. Right now I am at my heaviest and that's what made me finally realize I needed to change. I have done the same too changed my lifestyle habits. Not just for me but my whole family. Good luck.

There are a lot of things I still need to learn about meal prepping too.

When I'm done with the shakes I will continue to work out and eat lean foods such as chicken and vegetables. I also eat a lot of fruit. I don't just have shakes all the time sometimes I like to eat food but when I don't have time to have anything healthy or prepare food I will jus have a shake.

It's actually not the easy way out. It's what has been working for me! I have changed my way of eating when I am not on the shakes already. No my quantities are not unlimited I meal prep. I measure my food out. I already got a point before this post. I was just curious about everyone else.

Yes when I'm not having a shake I eat thinks like fruits, veggies, only chicken.

That's around my goal too. You can do it if you stay focused. Which is really my biggest issue when I'm around people that aren't eating healthy :( it's so hard sometimes.

It wasn't really about people praising them. I wanted to know if any other people were using them. I know how to meal prep my food and ect. I just choose to use meal replacement shakes because they are convenient.
