Snacks & temptations
What kind of healthy snacks do you eat?? I'm trying to wing myself off of granola bars and just stick with fruit and better things. But sometimes I eat them because I am craving chocolate or just sweets in general. It's very hard to resist them when I sometimes have a sweet tooth.

What is keeping you successful??
What's keeping you motivated? I do before & after pictures every couple months so that I can actually see that I am making progress & getting somewhere. When I do those pictures it helps me see my progress that I can't always see in the mirror. It helps me know I am closer to my goal.

My goal is to lose roughly 100 pounds. I have lost about 38 so far. But I would like to lose 100 more. It is very hard to stay focused so what keeps you going and focused? Feel free to add me looking for motivation.

Are shakes good for losing weight??
Hi everyone I have been using slim fast shakes for a while. And I was wondering if anyone else out there had tried them or what kind of diet are you on that's working for you?? They helped me lose weight I lost about 10 or 15 pounds since I started them but sometimes I would like to swith it up?? Any ideas??

Back at it again & determined
Hi I have used My Fitness Pal for a while and then I quit. So I'm trying it again and since i've started losing weight I have lost about 40 pounds. I fell off and now I am back and at it just looking for motivation or supportive people that are doing the same. Feel free to add me.
