When I'm done with the shakes I will eat different foods to keep the weight off. Because currently I alternate between shakes or meal prepped food. So Its not that I don't know how to eat healthy or meal prep sometimes shakes are just convenient for me and less calories.

What is the CICO diet if you don't mind me asking? Soundso like something I would be interested in doing.

How is that working out for you? Because I am also on a low carb diet I find that I lose weight faster by eating a lot less bad carbs.

Hi sarabushby thank you they are only 210 calories per shake because I use fat free milk. And actually I'm on a low carb diet so so far they have been great and convenient for me and helped me lose some weight so for now I can't complain. Thanks for your reply

Yes RodaRose I do have a blender but I just don't know what kind of shakes to make myself they are healthy.

Yes that's my before & after pic I don't know how to post them in discussions and stuff. But thank you so much it has been so hard to stay focused especially when everyone around you isn't the same way. But this time I am really determined.

Hi I have that same problem I am always worried about everyone else first. You can do it you just have to squeeze time out of the little time you do have for yourself. Try meal prepping while you are cooing dinner. It's hard at firest just stay focused. Feel free to add me everyone.

OMG Rogstar you are right. Diets are very hard to deal with. But you are right calorie counting is the best thing ever. But sometimes I worry about not eating enough calories. Because I am also on a low carb diet.

Thanks for sharing. I sometimes have different things. For example sometimes I will have eggs or oatmeal for breakfast. Most of the time meat wise I only eat chicken or ground turkey.

Yes I do most of the time I just add bananas or strawberries. It gives it a better taste. But I don't weigh any of the food I eat.

I kind of spice my shakes up with fresh fruit or almond milk and other things like that. Just so I won't get bored with them so fast.
