If you still love wraps after 10 years, I would advise putting baked sweet potato on a wrap with Avocado, onion, bell pepper, black beans and salsa. It sounds weird, but it is amazing.

Same here. I don't even use a dresser anymore. All of my socks and underwear are in a little basket that fits in my nightstand.

That's a truth right there. It's also good cause it keeps me from sitting on my butt for an extended amount of time.

Having kids is what keeps me going. I've got two under 3 and I want to do everything I can to keep a father in their lives for as long as possible. I also want to be able to play with them and be a good example of healthy living for them.

Thanks for posting this. I think It will be a while before I can do most of these cause I'm a complete beginner, but I look forward to working my way to them.

It wasn't hard to build. It took my dad and me about 5 hours, but we took our time and took a lot of rests.

Yep, I asked about heights on 7/13 and didn't build it until 7/17. The photo is not mine. I pulled that from Pinterest as an example of what I was going to build.

I got it built. I also added two bars. The highest is 8'6'' the next is 6'6'' then 4'6''. The two parallel bars are 3'6'' and 20'' apart from the center of the bar to the center. It ended up costing $307. I think that's a pretty good price since a gym membership was going to cost $480 and I really just want to do…

I agree that there's no absolute in this situation. I assume my experience is probably not as common as yours, but if it has worked that way for me I'm sure some folks would like to know that it's possible it could do the same for them. I don't think your argument is with me. I'm aware that what works for me in this case…

I was simple giving my personal experience. Of course, everyone is going to have different experiences with tastebuds. I'm not one of those people who thinks added sugar is bad. I don't buy it because I have no use for it, not because I'm afraid of it. I think it's a bit strange that people have said that eating/drinking…

I think it's different person to person. I enjoy plain oatmeal now since I've moved my diet away from so many sweets. I assume it's because I don't eat two Little Debbie cakes a day anymore. We don't even buy table sugar anymore. To me, it seems like using a lot of sugar hides the flavor of the food.

I eat when I'm bored so I think working out helps me eat less because I'm not bored when I workout. Even just 30 min. of cardio in the morning will make the whole do feel more meaningful.

A lot of people with type 2 diabetes start drinking diet sodas to keep there blood sugar from flying through the roof. I haven't read anything on it, but most of the people I know who tell me they have type 2 are also obese. That's also why my parents drink diet soda. They drink it because having a regular soda and a pint…

Or just have one.

Most of the pizzas I eat aren't that high calorie. There's no way I would give up good pizza for pizza hut just because I couldn't be sure about the calories. Those nutrition PDFs that restaurants put out are not that accurate anyway. Just log the best you can and don't worry about it so much.

I've definitely lost a lot of friends. I haven't made any new ones though.

I'll tell you what sucks, I'm in a medium now and most of the mediums I find that I like are too short for me. I don't know what I'll do if I ever need a small.

lunch was a peanut butter & cheese sandwich and strawberries. Dinner was a breakfast burrito.

I take my scale sometimes. Other times I just go wild.

The fat free sour cream isn't bad if you mix a pack of that ranch dip mix in it. I was hesitant about trying it, but it was actually good.
-
Yep, that's the most offensive thing I've ever put in my mouth.

I have one account that I use for checks. When I write one I move money from my main account to my check account. That way I can see how much I have in checks that haven't been processed and I see it as already gone from my main account.
-
I have multiple checking accounts and savings accounts that I use for different things. The bank website keeps up with my debit and credit transactions, but I move them around a lot so each account has the amount I want in it. I can log on at any time and look at what I've spent or move money from one account to another or…

I've been transitioning into minimalism for a while now. What really kicked it into high gear for me was losing weight and getting rid of so much clothing because of it. Now I have less than 30 pieces of clothing. I'm happier with about 20 pieces of clothing, but I still have some fat to lose so I'm hanging on to some goal…

See a doctor.

That's a good point. If it's something like not eating anything all day I could see bringing it up to the parent. I can tell you though, teachers I've dealt with don't know how to feed themselves. I surely wouldn't want them to be telling ignorant patents what's healthy.
-
No. Being a teaching doesn't make one automatically know anything about nutrition.

I can do chin ups now. I did my first one ever the other day and today I did 2 sets of 2. I'm still working on the pull ups, but I'll get there.

That's not awful then I guess. There are plenty of worse ways for friends to behave. We all have flaws and such. You should definitely do what you believe is best for your body though. You know it much better than she does.
