I retain water SOOOOO EASILY its crazy!!! I set my sodium at 1500mg a day. Sometimes I go over that but try never to go over the RDA!!! If I have too much sodium (and yes it sometimes does happen) I will retain or gain so easily. Just my opinion but salt is not good for you should always be concerned about it. I never use…

I try and get in 1 gal a day but doesn't always work that way. I average 88-96oz but also go y urine color mostly. I have a water infusion bottle (24oz) and I do aim for 5 of those a day but won't go below 64oz a day. I don't drink coffee or tea or sodas or anything like that, just water with lemon and something different…
