  • I have noticed strength has little to do on a daily basis with muscle loss. I found it was more due to a lack of something or just not enough sleep. When working out or dieting I always need more sleep and or glucose.
  • What has helped me after the sleeve is 1. protein 1st, 2 not having the sweets and candy around, 3. have plenty of things I like to munch on like microwaved cheese crisps around to snack on. Allow your self to have good stuff like shrimp and crab, lobster. Its better than paying for new larger clothes.

  • I found Garden Lights Superfood Veggie Cakes at Costco. They are tasty if you get tired of sweet things like me who is on a shake 3 times a day diet.
