Just do what you can each day! Baby steps! Everything counts! I am a runner and I believe I am the queen of injuries because I always push thru my pain until it's so bad I can't do anything! You have to mentally force yourself to just break your work-outs down! That's what I find myself doing

Kinda a different direction from shakes and smoothies but this is what I've started doing for some gym buddies! Homemade granola balls, use oats, add your protein powder in there for flavour! I replace pasta with chickpeas or zucchini! Fry them a little in coconut oil! Works great! Taste good and feels good!

Holy cow excited to try these! I've tried blending whole grain oats in my magic bullet, and then just adding banana and dark semi chocolate chips! It's thick when you mix it but super tasty!

Summer is here! Think beach time! Think about all the fun foods, drinks and treats! Get in those solid work outs and you will feel guilt free about eating all those high calorie treats!

This may be blunt, but I literally got rid of the scale! It's tough by all means! But it helped me to accept not always knowing what my weight was and to force myself to stop obsessing so much! If I go somewhere and see they have a scale, sure I'll check, but aside from the doctor, I'm okay with it now!
