You should in general eat more, assuming you wouldn't mind getting the 8kg (some from fat). Protein shakes are relatively low in calories, and only help to hit protein macros, they're around 150-ish calories per scoop, not much possible weigh gain from that.

Me!! Definitely HUGE advocate of walking as cardio to get calories outta the way. Strap in some audiobooks and a couple rounds in the park

Hey, thanks for the tip.. but i feel bad when i eat fats.. like nuts, cause of pimples, butters just utterly feel ugh, and i steam everything i eat. Try having a look at my diary. Cause i know this is sounding stupid

Me too!! Im prepping meals.. but im having trouble as i only take in 1500 calories a day.. and i lift 5 times a week
