Hi I am 5 foot 4 - well one leg is longer than the other after getting the new hip but still short and on 1,200 calories. Have just started calories counting which suits me far better than other diets and also now exercising more for first time. Lost three and a half stone but still got 5 to go!

good advice, particularly with the calories used up from drinking - I need to add the skinny lattes ones or just have normal coffee!! and add calories from milk intake for coffee. It is the little things you forget that add up to slower loss

is anyone out there admitting to doing diet chef? all forums are incredibly quiet! I am on week one and enjoying the food so far. Am 16 and a half stone and only 5 foot 4; Lost a couple of stone already on my own but needed a boost.
