-Take a few weeks and really learn how log your food, consistently and honest
-Use the bar scanner on app
-Learn how to read labels and understand portions
-Purchase a food scale
-Use the MFP recipe builder
-Learn not to drink your calories
- Try to get your calories from foods like vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, complex carbs. Items that make it worthwhile your calories.

Start by logging your food accurately this way you will get to know what's good and what's not so good. Out all you stars in MFP and let it calculate your calorie intake. Good luck I'm sure you will soon get the hang of this.0

good advice, particularly with the calories used up from drinking - I need to add the skinny lattes ones or just have normal coffee!! and add calories from milk intake for coffee. It is the little things you forget that add up to slower loss0
