I agree. I didn't know that was one of the culprits making me feel generally sick for years. when I did an Elimination Diet and realized how many food sensitivities i had then I went back and would eat wheat every now and then. I am starting to notice more loose flabby skin but that is not going to stop me from meeting my goal. I'm only trying to lose one pound per week. I figured that once I meet my goal the skin should tighten up. I drink almost a gallon of water everyday. And I eat at least 50% of my foods raw like fruits and vegetables.

It might be a good idea for you to research the benefits of magnesium. Especially regarding taking magnesium half an hour or so before work outs. And at night before you go to bed to minimize the aches in your body especially in your legs. Check out Natural calm magnesium.

Yes so true. When really heavy men talk to me i ask them what are their health goals. Most of them just give up easily. I explain that i want to be with someone who has goals to become healthier. Some understand, some get an attitude.

what about just making healthy foods available all the time, instead of foods that could make her gain more weight. Maybe she can help you to prepare or cook healthy meals. there does not have to be a pep talk about it. and if you're going to go out for a walk ask her if she wants to join you.
