Definitely. I was missusing mfp, eating back all the calories i burned working out. I never lost wt last year. Was so confused & disappointed. Now i kicked it up a notch, counting, weighing all food. About sisters... i lose weight yet she gains it... i used to send her info on what was helping me lose. Now she's super heavy & has pre-diabetes. How i wanted her to go the journey w me. I wanted to motivate her.

I think sometimes the healing chrisis might manifest itself physically or emotionally. After losing the first 20 lbs, i cried, i became too sensitive. Then i became content then cheerful.

Your doctor is wrong. I get blood work every 6 months and I'm literally not diabetic anymore and I have met other people who have also reversed their diabetes. It's all in the proof of the blood work. Best wishes to you.

Look in your library for the book called Dr Neal Barnard's Program for Reversing Diabetes. Great book. Diabetes runs in my family. I reversed mine with good nutrition & weightloss. Check on your library's website to see if they have OverDrive you might be able to borrow the book in digital form, audio or ebook.

I get PMS symptoms that are extremely debilitating, migraine headaches, my back feels like it's on fire, horrible cramps all over my abdomen and thighs and around my hips. Just curious, would Lypo Gold enzymes help you digest fats better? I had a blood cell analysis done and was told my intestines were not digesting fat properly and that I had leaky gut syndrome. In a few months I will go back and get another blood cell analysis done as a follow-up.

That's true I eat out about once a week. I have to eyeball the measurements and add it to mfp. it may be off however I'm still losing weight. I mostly prep my own meals from scratch. Weigh everything. I pack my cooler in the morning with 2 meals & 2 snacks & 2 liters of h2o.

The app says that 1510 calories is what a person who weighs 120 pounds and has an activity level of Not very active needs in order to just maintain your weight. Fyi
