Yeah they're real brave when they're all in a vehicle going down the road, I chased after a carload of em' once but they weren't about to slow down/stop and let me get to em'. Don't let it get to ya, just know that you are better than them..and always will be.

I do 2-a-days when I'm off work to supplement my regular routine. Like this morning I'm about to go hit Tri's and Calves and later this afternoon I'll go back and hit some Chest and Quads. You just have to make sure your not over-training by eating enough calories in between workouts to support the additional workload.

Smartfood brand line of popcorns, my fav is Spicy Jalapeno Ranch. Although high in calories I like to eat a lot of nuts and seeds, have to make sure you get unsalted or lightly salted though.
