You look way too young to have a beard that long, you start growing it out at 9yrs old?!
-
I don't remember much about 11/11 other than it was a Sunday, but I do remember 10 days later on 11/21 my mother passed away
-
Happy Birthday to ya! I didn't log calories on my birthday this year but last year I did and it amounted to just over 7,000 calories and I was okay with that. Ultimately it's up to you...it's your day, do what thy will.

@serser28 Nice! I tried to sleep in longer but as you can see it wasn't happening:
-
This is what 2hrs of running through 9 holes of golf did to me:
-
Did really well last night considering as I was laying down I received a text from a friend saying there was an active shooter situation in my area and sure enough he was right! He was apprehended in a storage rental facility after firing shots at police and taken to the hospital with several gunshot wounds. No one else…

A couple of wake events I don't remember but overall an excellent night:

The weight training doesn't burn nearly as many calories as all those jumping jacks that I do! The bicycling also burns a decent amount of calories but I don't count that time towards the hour of weight training/jumping jacks, the bicycling is 2 separate times of a half hour each so I guess I actually exercise 2 hours…
-
It only recorded 5hrs but I also had a long evening nap from 7:30pm to 10pm so I'm considering it 7.5hrs
-
Solid night of slumber to kick off the weekend:
-
On weekdays I exercise for an hour from 3:30pm to 4:30pm, on weekends I exercise twice from 8am to 9am then again from 3pm to 4pm. I've been exercising pretty regularly for the last 20 years but my sleep has only greatly improved over the last couple of years, I used to drink (alcohol) myself to sleep because I just could…
-
Well I didn't mean to sleep that long, I lied down to take a quick nap just before 7pm and 9hrs later...well I was up at 2 am for about 10 minutes to use the bathroom and get a drink but I went back to bed for 2 more hours:
-
I'll take 7hrs even with a little restlessness:
-
I had to be at work an hour earlier this morning so I went to bed earlier and got nearly 7.5 hours of quality uninterrupted sleep:
-
Yes..I eat well, I eat often, and I usually eat before bed. I can burn 2,000 to 3,000 calories a day in exercise alone so eating and sleeping for recovery are connected and paramount.
-
Not really 4.5hrs, I'm calling it 8hrs because I slept another 3.5hrs (from 6:30pm to 10pm), then I was up an hour and half and went back to bed. Didn't mean t take that long of a nap but I had 2 bike rides yesterday and 2 weight training sessions, and my town is having a festival this weekend (which is right by my gym)…
-
Nice, but you really have to be all superhero..all the time
-
Most people sleep more and sleep in later on the weekends but I'm usually less, it's because I get excited about the weekend, even though I have nothing planned I enjoy being off work and being at home and want to enjoy and maximize my time there. Up until a little over a month ago my work schedule was every Saturday and…

Had a nice 2 hour long stretch of nothing but deep sleep, don't see that very often: I had some cottage cheese and almonds about a half hour prior to bed and I've also stopped taking the herbal sleep supplement but continue to take the ZMA product.

Last night was one of those nights that seemed to go on forever, I would wake up and look at the clock feeling like it was time to get up and it wasn't even close, I still feel well rested nonetheless:
-
What an odd night but in a good way. Real nice amount of deep sleep although I had 2 wake events, the first one I woke myself up laughing as I was dreaming and the second one I had a rare instance where I actually woke up and had to use the bathroom:
-
A little restless toward the end but overall a good night:
-
An odd pattern of being in and out of deep sleep most of the night, perhaps that was due to taking an almost hour and a half nap late in the evening (6:30pm to 7:50pm), I couldn't help it though, I ate a big dinner due to being behind on my calories for the day and that made me sleepy
-
Good night of sleep, I was going to get up at 4:30am but fell back asleep for 20 minutes
-
So to kick off the weekend I kind of accidentally had a 2 hour nap yesterday evening (6pm-8pm) which brought yesterday's total sleep to just over 9 hours! Needless to say I thought I was going to have a tough time sleeping last night but it wasn't too bad: On the weekends (Sat & Sun) I have 2 one hour long workout sessions…
-
So I went to bed with a full belly last night and this is what happened (although it wasn't really bad):
-
Another fine night of slumber:
-
Had another nice night of sleep although the final 2hrs were all in the light stage. I don't play on the computer or my phone for an hour or more before bed, I spend that time prepping for the coming day so I don't have to worry about it as I fall asleep or I'm waking up
-
Another successful slumber for me
-
Wow! That's no good at all. I did alright last night, not as much deep sleep as I would have like to seen but I felt well rested nonetheless and I did happen to get a total of just over 9hrs yesterday with almost 3hrs worth of naps
