Wow! That's no good at all. I did alright last night, not as much deep sleep as I would have like to seen but I felt well rested nonetheless and I did happen to get a total of just over 9hrs yesterday with almost 3hrs worth of naps

Last night was nearly identical to the night before:

I play video games, keeps your hands and mind occupied.

I actually used mine, I actually got quite a few items from the "Outlet" for $100, and I'm fortunate enough to be a small enough man to fit into the Boys XL size so that saves me even more $
-
So with the weekend upon us I stayed up a little later (even though I did not nap yesterday) and I also had a snack of cottage cheese and almonds right before bed but neither seemed to impact my sleep:

Well I didn't nap again so I retired somewhat early and I did pretty well although I had 1 brief wake event: A couple of other things worth mentioning is that I never have to get up during the night to use the bathroom, I don't intake any more water after dinner at 6pm other than enough to swallow my nighttime supplements…

So since I didn't get a nap yesterday I decided to turn in a little early last night and this is what happened which surprised me: I think it's worth mentioning I exercise just about everyday (weight lifting and cardio) from 3:30pm to 4:30pm and that I have dinner at 6pm and do not eat again until 6am.

Pretty solid sleep last night, good balance of light and deep with no wake events. My goal is 6hrs so anything over that is a bonus. I also had an hour nap yesterday and I would like to mention I get up without an alarm

Well it's back to work for me after a 10 day vacation, I wasn't sure how well I would sleep but I did alright, I have a pretty decent job which doesn't cause stress or anxiety so I'm not dreading going back to work. I was like a little kid last night though, I didn't want to go to bed and it was after 10pm when I did. I…

I've been doing much better with my sleep over the past year, it always takes a hit in the Summer months when I diet/cut but this season was much better than last year. I nap whenever I can which is pretty much anytime as I do not have any children or have roommates. Are any of you using a Sleep Tracker? I actually have 3…

The best coffee I've ever had was today after it arrived from Amazon:

Spider-Man :D I've also been told Wolverine and I get Fabio quite a bit when I'm clean shaven.

Well that's going to be it for me for August, taking tomorrow off to relax and start "re-carbing/re-feeding" for Saturday's 5k. I did pretty well, beat last August in every way except for mileage: I won't be participating in September as my "bulk" season begins so volume/time will take a drastic drop, congrats to everyone…

I'm guessing he's referencing some kind of steroid "stack" maybe, the "w-stack" could be Winstrol but I'm unsure of what the "g-stack" would be, perhaps Growth Hormone or HGH as it's known. I'd steer clear of that trainer if I were you at any rate.

I've been using Champion Nutrition's Heavyweight Gainer 900 (Chocolate) for many years not just to supplement my diet but for it's delicious taste! I often add it to a big bowl of oatmeal (old fashioned steel cut oats).

Also..healthy fats boost hormone production/regulation.

Just think that at a 2lb loss a week at 1200kcal/day, it's still going to take 6 months to lose 50lbs (without exercise), that's going to take some serious discipline, dedication, and motivation...good luck.

I do home workouts 3x/wk and go to the gym 3x/wk. My home gym is very minimalist and consists of a yoga mat, swiss ball, doorway pull-up bar and adjustable dumbbells (10-80lbs each).

I'm just going to pretend I didn't read that as I open this new jug of delicious Heavyweight Gainer 900
