Doing deadlifts (especially if your going heavy on them as well) after heavy squats is an injury waiting to happen.

I use the Samsung Health app in conjunction with the Samsung Gear Fit2, steps seem to be on par with my UA Band and Garmin Vivofit but it does give a slightly increased calorie burn for cardio.

No, it's not about the width of your stance, focus on getting your butt back farther and then drive upward through your heels.

Knees are too far forward of your toes which is shifting your weight to your toes instead of your heels and your locking out your knees at the top..don't do that.

I just eat 'em out of the tins, sure the sodium is kind of high but it's not too bad, I have to eat the ones in sriracha sauce and mustard sauce, I can't eat them otherwise.

Highly unlikely, you'd have to lose 4lbs/wk consistently each and every week by the beginning of October. It might be possible if you were morbidly obese.

6 workouts today totaling 3.61hrs bringing July's 4 day total to 11.01hrs. In comparison, my last year total duration for July was 60.54hrs..don't know if I can beat that!

Maybe you ate some high sodium foods over the last couple of days and your retaining water. Sodium sneaks into a lot foods, especially packaged/processed foods, so we need to read our labels :wink:

Lifting weights does nothing in and of itself to your bodyweight, it's what you put in your body (calories) that effects your weight.

I have 3 fitness trackers (about to add a 4th) and a Fitbit is not among them. I have a Garmin Vivofit, the UA Band, a Withings/Nokia Pulse Ox, and to be delivered soon..a Samsung GearFit 2. I have no reason to not own a Fitbit, I purchased a ChargeHR for my girlfriend at Xmas and she seems to like it.

The alcohol and sodium from the fried foods are no doubt making you retain a lot of water, drink more water to help flush it out and/or take an OTC diuretic, give it a couple of more days and see where your at.
