There's no option to subtract the "fatty oil" because it's too variable plus some of the fat is actually intertwined with the meat. I always dab mine thoroughly with a paper towel after cooking and leave the fat grams as they are.

I do 20-30 minutes of fasted cardio first thing in the morning then another 30 minutes of cardio in the afternoon after weight training

Carb's are converted to glycogen which your muscles use for energy, if you want to perform at your peak you need carbs. Carbs are not your enemy, overall calories is what matters.

I really didn't get the "keto flu" as I adapted, I had some slight abdominal pain/discomfort and a little diarrhea but that was it. You might want to read through THIS discussion.

Start doing push-ups on your knees rather than toes, it's easier. You can also try elevated push-ups where your hands are supported by something higher than your feet.

I think your measurements are fine, I'm 5'5", 63kg with 6.1%BF, flirting with a 28" waist, hips 34", inner thighs 21" Obviously I'm a male though :wink:

I like alcohol too..6 months out of the year (Sept-Feb), during my "cut" (Mar-Aug) I abstain from alcohol with the exception of my Bday (which is Thursday). My favorite adult beverages are Guinness and Kraken Rum.
