Your diet looks fine, I'm on 1200kcal/day diet with carbs/fat/protein macros of 5%/75%/20% and have plenty of energy (I'm well into Ketosis). And your sleep is good. There has to be an underlying issue, are you stressed or worried? Maybe your work is boring or mentally taxing and that makes you fatigued.

A 200kcal daily surplus is a negligible amount if your bulking in my opinion, I'd increase that to a 500kcal daily surplus. Eat more healthy calorie dense foods like nuts and nut butters.

Great job sbantonio. IF works because it restricts your eating window thereby creating a caloric deficit. I've been doing IF for the last 3 Spring/Summer seasons (I bulk in Autumn/Winter), I usually drop 30lbs in the first 3 months (March-May) and another 10-15lbs the last 3 months (June-August)

I personally don't need or want cheat days even on a 1200kcal/day low-carb diet, I have great willpower and I'm pretty disciplined ; )

As the others have said, it's about being in a caloric deficit no matter which style of diet your following. Here's a good and recent YouTube video that sums up the different "designer" diets and why they work which is that they all create a caloric deficit by manipulating macros: Which Diet is Best?!

As a general rule of thumb, you will lose your conditioning/strength at half the rate it took you to gain it.

1g of pure alcohol = 7kcal and there's 28g to an ounce so a shot of 200 proof liquor (1oz) = 196kcal of "empty" calories, proofs of liquor, mixed drinks, and beers will vary with alcohol content and calories, but yes..you can still drink alcoholic beverages and lose weight if you know what your doing ; )

A 130+ loss is something to be proud of, one day of of binging isn't going to effect that success much, you may gain a couple of lbs of water weight but so what..that's only temporary. You have to indulge once in awhile to keep your sanity..at least I do!

I consumed a little over 5000kcal yesterday and expect to consume about the same today but I'm in a bulk phase so the more the merrier!
