Do you think it can really go that far? My mother has told me to leave while he's at work and get a PFA and emergency custody. But Im pretty nervous about it.

Thank you all for your advice. I have every intention of doing what is best for my child more than myself because I think any parent could agree they want whats best for their child or children. I just didnt want to feel like such a failure. I appreciate the input.

If self discipline doesn't work....Walmart sells a sugar Blocker pill for diabetics. It's called "Sugar Blocker" lol. It's around $8 a bottle and It makes sugary foods taste awful. I had a sugar addiction as well and this helped me. It may not work for everyone, but it's worth a shot.

I have a donut on my "cheat" day. Usually on a Friday. Once a week isn't bad and it helps me stay on course cause I love donuts!!!! Also, I stick with a simple glazed or a french Cruller.

I was told I couldn't either cause I had bad scaring due to rape. But then a few years later I had my miracle baby boy. :) I suppose these marks should be a reminder of that positive note. Thank you for sharing your perspective. I never thought of it that way. :)

Thank you for sharing your stories with me. :smiley: My son's father is a little more supportive these days. While he orders pizza for himself and my son, he offers to get me a salad. Also, I still cook the foods he loves like stuffed shells and such. But I have found recipes to make the same foods in low calorie versions…

Im the same way. I use to change my hair all the time and now im at a point where, It doesnt matter what color my hair is. Im a fat girl. Maybe if I were thinner.....so here I am.
