Down to 275 for a total loss of 40 lbs. That's 1/4 of the way to my goal weight. Now the weight on my drivers license isn't a lie anymore.

I wish I could grow a garden. There is so much information out there and I have no idea where to start. I'm a step by step instructions guy and I haven't found that sort of instruction for growing a garden yet.

So it turns out that I have been eating more calories than I thought. Apparently some manufacturers of lentils don't put the true calories per serving on their packages. They do net calories or something like that where they subtract calories from fiber away because it doesn't get digested the same or something. So where I…

need to know this too. I've been counting my servings of lentils as 70 calories but it appears that they are adjusting for net carbs or something based off of another post I read. Apparently I have been eating a good bit more calories than I thought.

Yeah I eat most of that in one day. But usually just one or two pieces of fruit. The veggies go together in a salad with no dressing and a tsp (1/3 of a serving) of the evoo. Nothing to report except that I ran off and left my breakfast and lunch at home today, and I walked almost 3 miles yesterday; which makes 2 days of exercise in a row. I left the 280's behind. The world definitely doesn't make it easy. Sometimes it's hard for me just driving down a main road that has all kinds of restaurants on it. I want to go through a drive thru so bad and just pig out. 3 1/2 weeks down. Almost able to mark off a month.
