Hearing it in their own words reinforces what I have just finished reading. I agree with above who said to watch his lectures on YouTube or dietdoctor.com. I think you will gain even more…

Today I am embracing my gym workout. Didn't want to go, picked up my partner and complained the whole ride there how I wasn't into it. Started slow but half way along picked up speed and had the best workout of the week. Moral: sometimes we just have to do what we don't want to do and it turns out much better than…

Personally, I'd stay away from any nuts due to some kids with severe allegies.Kids in my neighborhood generally want candy, so one year I compromised and bought individual bags of popcorn. (Not too many kids, hence, not too expensive.)

My step it up goal for Sept. was to lose 2lbs. So far I gained 1 lb. :'(

I I do the same thing!! Back in another state, I trained them to tap on my sliding door for peanuts from my hand. I think they are really cute and hoping by feeding them they don't eat the shingles on my roof. LOL

Ditto the above. We've all been there. Stay off the ridiculous scale and get back on the wagon. That's the only way to handle it.

Personally, I use a hand full of frozen berries in my smoothie (less carbs than 1/2 bananna) however, I think kirkor hit it on the head.

Honestly, I have found just the opposite. I take 200-250mg of magnesium at bedtime and really feel it helps me fall asleep. Watch out for vivid dreams!!

@RalfLott : Can you buy the Raw Rev bars singly anywhere. I hate to buy a box and perhaps not care for them. I haven't seen them anywhere in my neighborhood.

I've had those dreams myself. Usually eating my favorite cookies, like 5 large ones, even see the color of the icing. What a relief when I wake up. I don't believe I will ever truly be craving-free. Every so often it gets intense and sometimes I weaken, but go straight back to keto at the next meal.
