  • I cook alot of tilapia. I rinse the fish, pat it dry. Drizzle a little bit of olive oil on the too. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder then I sprinkle some italian bread crumbs over the top for a little crunch. I can get my boyfriend who hates fish to eat this for dinner.
  • My goal is also 1200 calories a day. I just started and it's a little difficult, but it's getting easier day by day. Nice to know im not alone here! Feel free to add me.
