I am starting to eat healthier and I feel like I'm making the same 3 recipes every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Does anyone have any favorites that I could try at home?

I cook alot of tilapia. I rinse the fish, pat it dry. Drizzle a little bit of olive oil on the too. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder then I sprinkle some italian bread crumbs over the top for a little crunch. I can get my boyfriend who hates fish to eat this for dinner.5

I like grilling a trout with lemon and butter, then adding parmesan for the last few minutes. YUM. I also like putting salmon, a bit of lemon, and a low sugar BBQ sauce in foil and "baking" that on the grill for a bit. Super yum.0

I marinate chicken in olive garden's Italian dressing overnight (they have a lite version too) and grill it on the foreman grill. Its great on salads. (1 lb chicken + 2 tbsp. dressing)1

I have a fun easy chicken recipe:
Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt/Pepper
chicken breast
1 bunch kale
1 can garbanzo beans
2-3 cups marinara sauce
1 cup shredded cheese
Prep:
Trim chicken (I also cut into cubes or strips) and season with salt and pepper, remove stems from kale and rinse, drain garbanzo beans.
Cooking steps:
Heat the olive oil on medium, add chicken, fully cook. Add kale, cook until fully wilted (a few minutes). Add garbanzo beans. Add marinara sauce. Stir to combine. Sprinkle shredded cheese (however much you want, I loosely fill 1 cup and weigh that). Continue to cook until everything is heated through and cheese is melted.2 -
Take a skin-on fish fillet, salt and pepper it and rub lightly with oil. Heat a dry pan and put the fish in, skin side down, cook until it is nearly done - you will see the fish becoming opaque from the bottom up as it cooks. When there's just a thin raw layer on top, flip it briefly, then take it out of the pan and serve (skin side up to keep it crispy).
So good. Make sure the scales have been taken off, though. No-one likes eating scales.
Have you tried steaming fish or meat, or baking in a foil or baking paper parcel? Another alternative, and you can add herbs, spices, citrus slices etc.0 -

My favorite go-to grilled chicken recipes is so simple. Dijon Mustard, Honey and Soy Sauce. Sometimes I add some Sriracha sauce too. We have it at least once a week. I use different types of chicken to switch it up a bit. So good!!0

Get smoked mackerel fillets (preferably peppered) and sear skin side down in a very hot non-stick pan with no oil added. Leave until the skin is charred and crispy and the mackerel is hot and has lost a little of its oil.
Whilst that is doing poach eggs (or boil until not quite hard boiled).
Prepare a salad of watercress, onion, radish, capers and rich tomatoes. Make a lemon and oil dressing (just enough oil to carry the lemon, reuse the fish oil if you are a big fan of fish flavour.
Boil some tiny new potatoes or jersey potatoes.
Assemble with poached or shelled eggs halved and new potatoes halved on top of the salad. Fillets on top and drizzle with dressing.

I recently tried to make jerk chicken, and it really just turned into 'whatever was in the cabinet' chicken. But it was good and I made it again last night.
I cover chicken breasts with paprika, a little cayenne (depends on your taste), cinnamon, garlic powder & Adobo. I let it hang out for awhile while the grill heats up then grill it like usual. It's really good served with mango salsa. And cilantro lime rice (or couscous or quinoa)
