I tend to weigh myself once a week, at the sametime every week, for me is Sunday morning before my shower when i wake up. It means you get a more average weekly reading than every couple of days. That way if i have a big sunday meal it will hopefully be lost before i weigh myself the next week.

Hi I have the same problem with mine, also want to turn on the negative calorie adjustment as i wear my band all day, but can't seem to find the setting where its supposed to be!

Just about to get back into this sort of diet, i used to follow the 'Primal Blueprint' fairly strictly and it worked a treat, since that was over 2 years ago and I'm not wokring at a desk with office snacks etc etc. Getting back into it though!

Thanks bpetrosky, Unfortuately i spend 3 weeks out of 4 in a hotel with no gym. I'm trying to get my exercise started off by walking the 4km between work and the hotel. I'm not a big drinker of alcohol anyway, so that very much goes in my favour. I think one of the biggest problems is i can work anywhere between 10 to 14…

it comes down to not being able to get out to shops, i don't work in a city centre, i basically get a taxi to where i work, and then walk between the hotel and the office each day until its time to go back to the airport again. I am planning on driving out here the next time i come, purely so i have the ability to do more.…

Nope, mini-bars aren't always an option, plus the hours i work and not having my own transport can make the logistics a little tricky

I'm looking for a mentor, someone i know that will keep pushing me. I'm based in the UK, but with modern internetting techniques, i guess that shouldn't be a problem. Current weight is 107kg, goal is 85kg with good BMI. not going for huge muscle build, just to get a bit more toned

Thought I would chime in here, hope thats ok, I just posted a new topic on a similar thought, i travel a lot and basically live in hotels and restaurants. calories aren't always shown on menus, does anyone have a 'go to' list of foods for when they eat out?
