Absolutely. I just turned 43 so at this point, it has to be a lifestyle change. If I let up, I'm sure I would just gain it back.

Forgot to mention I do great with water on workdays due to routine but fall off on weekends. Gotta do better!

You're right. Its hard cause my hubby is a total foodie and cooking and eating is his thing. But I am going to cut back or drastically reduce those portions. And I do bloat very easy. Thanks!

I did start doing vacuums and have noticed a difference. And I got gifted an ab roller for Xmas. I need to put that thing together. I will try that core exercise you mentioned. Thanks!!

Good questions! Lets see, well besides working out, I do have a sedentary, computer job. So besides chasing my toddler around, my workout and household chores are the only movement I get. On workout days I eat a bit more than 1200. I find it impossible to stick to the 1200. Evenings I am always soo hungry no matter what.…

Except.....I'm not that happy here. I want to lose the mommy tummy. I'm sick of wearing waist cinchers all year, sucking it in, hiding it and finding clothes that hide it. Also being toned and thin everywhere else but with a bulging pooch sticking out my clothes. I am tired with looking pregnant!

Same, same, same! Except I don't wake with a flat stomach but but end of day, I look 4-5 months preggers no matter what I eat. I HATE it. Haven't really found a solution either.

Yeah, I've been doing this since June. Started at 1 mile, then up to 2 miles. Was hoping to do more but I only have so much time in the mornings. But I am going to regularly switch it up. This morning, I started with kettlebells. But I do think I was sticking to the same thing every morning.

Yeah. I have always noticed that big arch in my back but never thought too much of it. Guess its something to consider. I have opened my diary now. So since I tend to eat the same things, I start by weighing everything, save the meal and re-log it. I will go and open my food diary if that helps.

I don't think I used any tracking method before the bands. I would just put in my weights and reps in MFP and whatever it said is what I used. It is the same workout with small variations but I have upped my dumbbells from 8 to 12 lbs. Didn't think of that.
