How to Calculate Calories Burned for Certain Exercises
Forgive me if this has already been asked but is there a good way to calculate how many calories for certain exercises such as push ups, bicep curls, crunches, burpees, etc. I find a lot of what I do is not in the MFP database and I've tried looking some up but can't find a lot.
