Forgive me if this has already been asked but is there a good way to calculate how many calories for certain exercises such as push ups, bicep curls, crunches, burpees, etc.

I find a lot of what I do is not in the MFP database and I've tried looking some up but can't find a lot. So they go unlogged.

Does such a thing exist?

Things like pushups and burpees are calisthentics.
    Bicep curls are weight training.

Or you can log it under circuit training.

You don't need to log certain exercises. If you are doing a circuit style - ie little rest and a number of exercises, then use circuit.

I don't see a way to log circuit training on here.

There is an option under exercises for
    circuit training, general
    circuit training
    circuit training, cardiovasular
    circuit training, resistance.

Hi. Quick question but when I enter it this way, it still asks for calories burned. How am I to know?
