Reverse crunches target the lower ab muscles far more than any other exercise. You will have to lose a lot more fat to show your lower abs compared to your upper abs but keep it up. You will get it

When i started trying to lose weight i was 216lbs. I started mfp at 201lbs so i was close. However it was nice to drop that weight. Im kinda stuck where i am right now but its looking pretty good

If you have the will power to lose you have more than enough to maintain. Keep using your mfp amd you will be fine.

I was weighing officially once a week but found myself on the scale a couple times a day. I decided to stop for a few weeks and just use the mirror. Gwtting the scale to read correctly is a science. I drink a gallon of water a day. That weighs a lot!

I work on my feet and after a full shift my feet hurt and i wont go to the gym. Gwtting up early sucks but its the best way to fit it into my schedule.

When i started running i thought my shins were going to crack in half! I bought some of those compression shin socks and it helped a lot

If the gym is modern at all each machine will have a diagram and instructions for use on tue machine. Pick a time of day the gym is empty so. Your not worried about people staring at you and go machine to machine and see how they feel.

I use a stance in between sumo and regular and have never had an issue.

They dont pop out quickly either. Mine have been slowly peeking out for a few weeks. Its like the fat on my torso is slowly sliding down and off my body. Top two look really good. Middle two are about half way there.. Few more weeks!
