what cooking oil?
I've been eating a lot of egg whites and loving the easy protein. however it dawned on me a couple of days ago that my low calorie meal is being slighty fattened up by the cap of cooking oil. im considering buying a tub of " i cant believe its not butter" to cook in. i love the spray. any thoughts?

anyone getting leaner?
I was told that if you keep your calories clean you can actually lean out while maintaining your weight. I understand this would be a very slow process. I was just wondering if anyone had experienced that.

I have been on mfp for a while but I cant get pics to load to my home screen or status posts. it will allow me to take a progress picture but I cant figure out how to post an existing picture from my gallery.

seeing as well as the difference
been on mfp for 214 days now. I feel like im healthier and that I look better but until I looked at my before pictures I didn't realize how much I had changed. im pleased with my progress and have more motivation than ever.

fat day
For some odd reason i feel like i have big love handles today. I dont. I went to the gym and was looking pretty lean. All day felt love handly though. Very annoying.

where do you get your protein?
Im aiming for the 1g/lb of protein. However i found that it will be difficult to consume that much. I eat a ton of eggs and protein shakes. Where are you guys getting yours?

no cardio
