Im in decent shape. I like to work out but about a year ago i entered a body challenge and got into great shape. Now i have fallen back into bad habbits. Im looking to drop about 9lbs and get to around 9% body fat

    Hey there fellow Oklahoman. I am in Tulsa. Whereas I have much further to go on my journey than you do, we can do this nonetheless! And being evil is nothing more than a perception that others can't handle. Haha
