been on mfp for 214 days now. I feel like im healthier and that I look better but until I looked at my before pictures I didn't realize how much I had changed. im pleased with my progress and have more motivation than ever.

I initially cut off 19 inches then went back and cut more. Thats where all my weight loss is from4
