Great insight. I’m drinking about 20-30 oz of water per day. Not enough. Been working at it for 2 months. Exercise calories are eaten 😊

I’d like to lose 2 lbs a week. I am eating approx 1300 calories a day. Looking to lose at least more 20lbs. Down 17ish.

Thank you all for your concern. I should have emphasized more on the nutrition than the weight loss. Yes, I know that losing baby weight should not be my top priority this soon but it should not stop me from making more healthy food selections along the way.
