I worked out prior to OMAD so for me since day 1. I was adapted to working out fasted though so there was not a transition phase.

Best way to stop (at home) is to not have unhealthy food in the house. Having said that, one bad meal will not bust your diet.

What does hefty weight gain mean? 20-30 lbs? Assuming the calorie intake remained the same then why would anyone gain a lot of weight by adding carbs back to their diet?

Thank you! I need to lose another 7 lbs to reach my goal weight, which would be 70 lbs. I will reassess if I ever get there :) I have been fighting awhile for the last 10 lbs and gave up and went to maintenance for a few months to give myself a mental break. I am full on now and OMAD has helped me to get to an all time low…

Not everyone shares your opinion. Many times people say they do low carb or keto and people jump in and challenge you. It happened with my very first post in this thread. Curious why so many are hung on people doing keto? The goal is to have a healthy lifestyle. Being either low carb or low fat is besides the primary objective, which is finding a way that works for you. There are plenty of studies supporting both sides and plenty that show both are not sustainable or healthy.

I am not strong or fast enough to do it competitively but working on it. I have been on this split for 4 weeks. My first OCR is in 7 weeks and wanted to focus the workouts around that.
