I wish my plataues only lasted 3 weeks :) I loose in chuncks and then wait for the next drop. Weeks? Months? I take it however it happens and keep grinding. Staying consistent and trusting what you are doing is what matters the most.

I disagree with eliminating berries. If you allocate them into your daily macros then there is no issue having a few of them. I eat raspberries (not a lot), almonds and macadamia nuts but never in large quantities.

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard. Love their flavors and just mix with just water. I also use the protein to make pancakes, ice cream and mug cake :)

People tend to criticize what they are unfamiliar with when it is the opposite of how they manage their choices. If you firmly believe what you are doing is in your best interest then ignore their comments.

Not sure if you are directing this specifically at me or just making a general comment? However I do not see the harm with someone using a sugar free maple syrup to cut down on sugar. If someone's main concern is cutting down their sugar intake and want something that does not taste bad then should they still use the real…

I use local raw honey from time to time. There are a few decent sugar free maple syrups. I think Walden Farms is the one of the more popular sugar free maple syrups. https://www.waldenfarms.com/nutrition_facts.html

I posted this in the low carb food thread :) Low carb post workout breakfast Pancake mix: 1 scoop vanilla whey protein, 1 egg, dash of cinnamon and vanilla extract, couple of ounces of water and half and half. Topped with 4 raspberries, few slices of banana and sugar free maple syrup.

Saw this on Keto Connect today and had to give it a try! This will be my go to low carb pizza. Crust was delicious and crunchy. Crust made with 10oz canned chicken, 1 egg, 1 oz parmesan. Here is a picture of the pizza I made right out of the oven.

Keto pancakes are essentially made with cream cheese, eggs, vanilla extract, sugar substitute, and cinnamon. I have made them a couple of times and they are not bad :) If you Google keto pancakes you will find a lot of recipes.

Yesterday I had a protein pancake. Today I had two soft boiled eggs with an avocado. I normally do not eat in the morning but the last 2 days was hungry and did not feel like waiting until noon.

@LolaDeeDaisy23 - I follow a ketoish diet. Low carbs but higher in protein than the typical keto diet due to the amount of strength training I do. You can add muscle! Good luck with your prep!

You can definitely gain muscle on a keto diet while losing weight. I do not see why someone could not gain weight consuming more calories on a keto diet. Just eat more.

I went through stretches of either losing weight or hitting a plateau. My body is streaky like that :)
