  • I think about having cheat days. I go so far as to decide what I want from the store when I do go. Then I get there and I think about all my hard work and how far I have gotten mentally, willpower wise. Then I look at it and think "Do I REALLY want this?", then I end up picking something healthy.
  • I confess that sometimes I buy junk food when I go to the store and it's either in my purse or gone by the time I get home and I dont log it. Then I feel bad because I didnt really need it and I feel like I am sabotaging myself..then I am mad about it later..
