If I don't eat like every two hours I get tiered and sluggish by the end of the day

Hi yes you do need another shake or meal in your workday. I work ten hours and sometimes I have like four shakes at work alone.one meal and that's at lunch

Hi Rajion I separate the two one in morning and the other in afternoon. But cardio first. But if you can't do it like that there has been times I would weight train then cardio after. There's really no way to shorten it up.
