  • If runners knee, strengthening the quads and hamstrings will help resolve the issue. Been there! Squats, wall sits, and leg lifts...do them religiously
  • The type of water bottle makes a difference for me. I have a 32 oz hydroflask with a straw top. The straw top is crucial because I can easily drink one handed while holding a baby, driving, on my phone, etc... Also I feel like I drink more with each sip if I can swig a few times through the straw.
  • For me, joining an accountability group. Having support so that you can lean on others in the same situation when you're tempted to overeat or to skip your workout made/makes all the difference to me.
  • Awesome girl! I'm plugging away at my 100 lbs to lose too. Almost down 60! Having an accountability/support group really helps! Good luck!!
