Around the same time you posted this, I mindlessly ate white cheddar popcorn. I could have chosen something worse but it was not part of the meal plan. I have to stop eating mindlessly.

I find myself eating during many of these emotions. Sugar is my comfort blanket.

Hey there, I am 33 and struggle daily to stick to my calorie goal. I try to maintain a balanced diet with a max of 150g carbs, min 80g of protein and a max of 50g of fat. Feel free to add for goal support.

I have a weekend trip in a few weeks. The trip is targeted towards singles. I will like to look my best during that trip.

How did I get here is me, almost daily. I have always struggled with my weight but I never thought I would be this big. Now I tell myself to search and enjoy daily victories. Weigh myself every six weeks. My daily victories are calorie and fitness goals being achieved. We all can be winners.

I weight 243 and my goal is 150. I would love to lose 10 pounds a month and reverse my PCOS. Daily goals are to stay under my calorie limit and 60 minutes of cardio.

I say a lot. I ask myself is any of this worth it? What more do I want to lose weight or to sit on the couch? I ask myself if those extra calories are worth the time it takes to burn off in the gym?

Hello everyone. I've been over 200 pounds for 8 years now. I am currently 253 pounds. My goal weight is 150 pounds. I am working with a dietician. I am avoiding the scale. I am finding victories in myself by logging my food and workouts. I am open to all friends for motivation and success.

I totally agree with you. I use the diary and I decide on my next day's meals while watching TV. If I see what I want to eat for the next day exceeds my calories, I revise my meal options. I am open for friends too.

I'm all for this challenge. I will like to do 15 miles per week. It would either be walking or elliptical running if the weather is too bad for me to be outside.

My goals are to record four days of workouts, get off of my BP meds, and fit into my size 18 capris.

Starting again and need friends to hold me accountable. I hate going to the gym and this cold weather gives me an easy out.

Hi. May I follow you? I will like to work on being dairy and gluten free. The dairy outside of cheese and ice cream, I have accomplished. I love bread products so the gluten is making it more difficult.
