I'm not sure. I know I asked my doctor when she wrote the prescription if it contained iron and she said yes.

My multi has iron in it. I don't know if it's in my head, but I do feel slightly better after taking it. Maybe I will try to take the multi in the days leading up to my pms days to see if it really helps. As far as eating enough, I've been a little over the last few days so I don't think that is an issue for me right now.…

Not really. I do some physical activity every day. It might only be a walk or a short weight lifting session but I do something. The only time that I take a full day of rest is when I am sick.

I intentionally save a lot of calories for the evening. I think I have around 700 at 11pm. I like to eat a late dinner, have an evening cocktail and a snack. There's no magic about eating early vs late

I would try to get more fiber and see what happens. Beans, high fiber cereals, fiber one bars. Those are the high fiber things I actually enjoy eating. And keep up the water. But please call your doctor if things don't improve.

I have a friend whose intestine got blocked somehow. Required surgery. She was average weight and young at the time. But it could have been deadly if she didn't seem treatment. Some times a doctor is necessary.

Cheese. I buy the really good, really expensive kinds so I don't overdo it. Its so delicious, I only need a little. Now if I have string cheese or deli cheese, forget it. I will eat a pound. And brie. I could eat a days calories of brie without a problem.

I can't remember the brand but my grocery sells creamy salad dressings that are Greek yogurt based and low calorie. They are delicious! Sold in the refrigerated section of the produce department.

I want to go camping! Sounds like a fun challenge. Know your weak spots and plan accordingly. If you like to kill a few glasses of wine by the fire at night, log it first thing so you can try to stay in range. Or if you are a munchy person, bring the dips but pack yourself some pre cut veggies. You will be fine! Enjoy!
