Congratulations. You've also lost 10 years along with the 80 lbs. Please post a photo after your last 15 lbs.

You've should be very proud of yourself. Your doing a great job of losing. Keep it up.

Congratulations on your successes. You are right, age is not an obstacle to weight loss. It's between our ears that stops most of us. Enjoy your new age!

I try to journal my urges and "talk to myself" about what my goals are and how I am going to accomplish them. By the time I am done journaling my thoughts, feelings, issues, goals, solutions, etc., I seem to have more control over my urge to snack. The urges always lessen or disappear by the time I'm done. It helps me to…

You are doing a great job. Congratulations on your success so far!

When people don't mention that they've noticed that you have lost weight, sometimes it's because it brings up issues of their own accountability to themselves. Give it time for them to process and I'm sure they will mention and congratulate you on your hard work. WTG.

It may be that your mind is used to eating differently and not yet accustomed to your new diet. I find I am more head hungry than anything. Drink water. Sometimes that will help and keep your mind busy on things other than food. When I do, I forget that I'm hungry. If you're truly hungry, eat. Just give it 1/2 an hour…

What do you mean you don't work out? You have three kids to take care of. That along with housework, shopping, cooking and breastfeeding are quit a work out. Not structured in a gym, but it still burns calories. God bless you.

I used to feel awkward working out alone, mostly because I wasn't sure what to do. I started taking different classes and hired a personal trainer for a short time too. I now feel more comfortable with what and how to do a good workout. I also listen to a book or something motivational while working out. I don't miss…

Congratulations on your achievement! My daughter has done the Spartan Beast in Killington, Vermont for two years with a team now for two years. What a challenge that was. After seeing the competition, I am in awe at anyone that does this. You rock!!

Great job. It really shows.

Great job and thank you for your service.

I gave up soda 4-1/2 years ago. I was drinking a six pack a day of regular Pepsi. It made me feel so bloated in the hot summer months. I also hated drinking water, but over the years of drinking water, black coffee or tea, I got to where I was craving water and realized when I was really thirsty. The sugar in the soda…

I used to tell my kids that when a problem comes about, use it as a challenge. Be a detective. Try to make it a fun adventure. Figure out the goal, what it takes to get there, possible interferences and possible solutions to those interferences, use any failed scenarios as a tool to achieve success. Trial and error are…

Guess I should have bought new underwear when mine were falling, but I thought I'd wait to lose a few more pounds. I had my hands full and walking to my car, I lost my shorts to the ground. At least my undies kept most of my bottom covered until I could get everything back up. Don't wait to buy the new undies.

The meals looks so delicious. Congratulations on your success.

Sometimes, others don't like to see someone succeed at their goals because they don't want to feel uneasy about their own goals that they're not acting upon. It makes them uncomfortable in their own skin to see someone succeed in theirs. You've done great and look like a champion.

You are not alone. My sleeve surgery was on Sept. 29, 2014. Close to yours. I lost 80 lbs., my diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholestrol in the first year. All was good until 2017 when I started eating peanut m&ms out of the vending machine at work 3-5 times a day. Wow the calorie over-load! I was dealing with a…

I had it in 2014. The sleeve didn't prevent me from eating what I wanted. It helped me control the amount of food I could eat in order to lose the weight. It's a tool not an answer. It still takes watching what, how much and how often you eat. I'm glad I had it. I dieted forever (at least it seems that way), and always…

Whichever is the one you like and will do. Even if think one is better than the other, if you hate it, you won't stick with it. Try to enjoy the experience if you can. All the best.

Your graph is like a landslide. Great accomplishment!

You are quite an inspiration! Congratulations on your fortitude and accomplishments.

You can come off medications. I was on blood pressure medication and on metformin for diabetes before I lost 80 pounds. I have not been on them since. That was 4 years ago and I just had all my blood work done with everything within a normal range. You can do it too. Best of luck.

You may be only one size away from exiting big and tall territory, but you've passed into an awesome example a long time ago. Congrats.
-
Congratulations on your inspiring journey. I love your encouraging outlook, "realized that it's not reaching the goal that creates who you are, but it's the process of what it took to get there." Thank you so much and continued success in all your endeavors. I'm sure they'll be as great as this one!

That's part of my own problem; I've given the number on the scale, the power to control my attitude for the day. It's amazing how I've given an inanimate object more power than my own abilities.
-
You look like you turned the clock back a good ten years. Congratulations on your success!

We are always an example to our children, whether we mean to be or not, for good or bad. You, my dear, are definitely a great example for your children. Keep up the great work.
