Some people don’t want to mention someone else’s weight loss because it reminds them that they haven’t done anything about their own weight issues. If they can ignore it, they don’t have to feel condemned about their own lack of action. Congratulations on your loss!!!

Your testimony resonates so much with the paths that I also have taken in my life. It gives me hope that with the Lord, I too can overcome my own struggles with the internal fight that has lived so long inside me.

There are no small rewards when they make you feel as good as they do—jeans or anything else. Best to all.

A big CONGRATULATIONS to you!

I love all the graphs and info ascertained from them. Too bad there’s not an app within MFP to be able to be used by those of us that are a bit computer illiterate. I love all the data, nevertheless.

Congratulations. Not that far from under 300 either. Every new goal makes it more of a challenge than an obstacle. I tried to make it a game—a personal challenge—for myself. It became fun to reach and surpass each one—not just a number on the scale that had to be met with hatred. I used to tell my kids that a problem was…

Your beauty has only intensified with your weight loss. Congratulations.

I got out my tape measure when I started, but was so depressed from the numbers that I gave up before even starting. Luckily, about a week later I did start. I threw out the paper with my initial measurements, so I can't compare the numbers. It's a great tool; don't do what I did. I know it's not too late but I still can't…

In no way would I have thought that picture was of the same person. Amazing transfomation.

Congratulations on winning both the challenge and the improvement in your health. I wish you all the best with your future motherhood. I also love the picture of your dogs. They are so cute.

Mine tend to be from carbs, other than from fruit and veggies--like cookies, candy, ice cream, donuts, etc. If I stay away for a while, then I don't crave them, but if I start, then I crave them to the point it's hard to stop thinking about them.

What if you buy a new scale, and you weigh less than you thought?!

If this person is a "friend", why not compliment her and ask for some advice, instead of worrying and being suspicious of her behavior? When I lose weight and am asked for advice, I'm usually honored and willing to tell them what worked for me. Maybe, it will help you to focus on yourself, instead of her.

I find that if I do something all the time, it then becomes my habit. If I eat say M&Ms all the time, I crave M&Ms. If I stay away from sugar, cookies, breads, etc., I lose the craving. I've been learning that if I want something to be a habit for me, then I repeat that behavior enough and it will become my new norm. If I…

I used WW back in the late 70s/early 80s, lost weight on it and liked it then. What you ate was written down and boxes were checked for each meal according to how many proteins, fats, veggies, bread, etc. (for instance, each box for protein was based on 1 oz. per box) until all your food was recorded and each box checked…

Perhaps it is a 24-hour bug that you may have come down with. I know it's not any help, but just a thought. Hope you start feeling better.

That woman that fat shamed you, is probably a very unhappy woman on the inside. People like that are usually unhappy and hurting and deal with it by hurting others. But, congratulations to you for turning around what someone meant for pain and you turned it around into your motivation and victory. Your are a champion!

Congratulations! I love your "TRIBE" shirt. Your shirt is wearable inspiration and you are walking dedication and inspiration!

Here's to continued success! It seems to be whether we think we can, or we think we can't that makes the biggest difference. Successful people never succeeded without some failures along the way. They just got back up, used their failures to learn from and continued to future sucesses. All the best!
