Egg whites for sure. I use egg whites in several recipes and the servings are always large and filling while the calories are low. I can make a large bowl of a healthier version of fried rice using egg whites for 300 calories.

Healthier version of fried rice. Brown rice, egg whites, pineapple, low sodium soy sauce, seasoned with ground ginger and salt.

I enjoy frozen grapes but I LOVE frozen blueberries.

Eat them frozen! I love frozen blueberries. Or add them to a smoothie. I've blended blueberries into a light Italian salad dressing and found it quite yummy.

I weigh everything, even things packaged as single servings. I used to trust the single serving packages but got curious one day and weighed a fiber one brownie and found that it was way more than the single serving it claimed to be. So now everything gets weighed before it goes in my mouth.

Campbell's Chicken and Stars soup and hot Tazo Passion Tea.

Arctic Freeze Ice Cream. Depending on the flavor you can eat an entire pint for 150 calories.

Scrambled egg whites with black beans, turkey sausage, and/or avocado. Vanilla Greek Yogurt with Chocolate Cheerios. Nature's Valley makes a bread with only 40 calories a slice. Toast it and cover in PB2.

Spinach, Wholly Guacomole Minis (I like the classic and ranch), scrambled egg whites, MorningStar Veggie Crumbles, Turkey Breakfast Sausage, Jicama, Blueberries, Artic Freeze (cookie shake) Pint, FiberOne Desserts, Cucumbers, Chocolate Cheerios, Light N Fit Vanilla Greek Yogurt

Halo Top has more calories at 240 (for some flavors, 300 calories for other flavors) but has almost twice the amount of protein. I'd say the extra calories are worth it.

I like light n fit vanilla Greek yogurt topped with chocolate Cheerios for lunch. I know it sounds like more of a breakfast, but...

Rinse a serving of black beans. Put the beans in a skillet over medium heat. Add a serving of MorningStar Veggie Crumbles. Season with cilantro, cumin, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Heat, stirring occassionally, until warm. Pour over a bed of mixed greens or spinach. Add guacamole or avocado as a "dressing" if you like.

I will have to check out the Yasso bars. I like flavored Greek yogurt. I am really into the Arctic Zero Creamy pints right now. I like the Cookie Shake flavor. The entire pint only has 150 calories. I can either portion it out or if I'm having a really bad day I can sit down and eat the entire pint without having to feel…

I haven't had any success with diets other than counting calories. It works for me, so I am sticking with it. To each their own.

I'd like to lose about 35 pounds.
