Well as the sayings go Paitence is a virtue and its own reward. I did "stay ther course" and was rewarded as I have now lost another 2 lbs, down to 211. Sounds like good advice. Will try, I have increased my exercise time, may lower calories by 50 ( already down to 1500), and wait. Thank you for the feedback. I have been using a digital kitchen scale ( my wife hates that it is now. Permanent fixture in our kitchen counter). I have not been adding in execsize calories, should I?
