Stopped losing weight?

I have been using Myfitenesspal since the beginning of March when my doctor told me my sugar count was high and I needed to lose weight and reduce my Carb intake. It has been a great experience until now. I went from 249 lbs to 213 lbs from the beginning of March to the beginning of June, and my sugar count is back in the normal range! All great news. The issue is that I would like to drop a few more pounds,. My goal is 205lbs. I have been updating my weight and getting new numbers in Myfitnesspal. I have been tracking and logging my food just as I have been all along. When I complete my entry each day it tells me I should be down to 203 lbs in 5 weeks. The problem is I have not lost any weight in 2 weeks. Any thoughts on why the weight loss has stopped? Should I be changing somethning else. (FYI = to reduce Carbs I changed my percentages to 25% carbs, 45% fat, 30% protein - this is what I have been using since March). Appreciate any help/guidance anyone can provide.

Don't pay attention to that button that says "complete this entry".
I don't ever click on it. I think it's too inaccurate and has no benefit.
I wish your diary was open.
Are you eating back exercise calories? I eat little to none of those.
Do you have a food scale - this place is awesome for weight loss with one.
Cost about $20 at walmart. Get a digital one.
Can't help you with macros. I love beans and lentils too much. High carb girl.
Lots of fiber keeps my colon happy.
Cutting back on highly processed foods is what really has changed me.

It's only been two weeks. There may be nothing to worry about.

Thank you for the feedback. I have been using a digital kitchen scale ( my wife hates that it is now. Permanent fixture in our kitchen counter). I have not been adding in execsize calories, should I? I also appreciate the feedback that it is only 2 weeks. I do know that it gets harder and harder to lose the lower your weight goes. It was just that note when you complete the diary each day. I think I will also just ignore that for now, stay on the same path and be more patient.0

We naturally fluctuate about 5lbs, above or below our basic weight. I'd continue as you are for another two weeks, making four weeks in all.
If there is still no weight loss you have three choices.
1. Grin and bare it. You've reached your natural maintenance level and you now know exactly how much food and exercise you need.
2. Reduce your calorie intake by 50cals. (Very dangerous to the metabolism to do anything drastic at this stage)
3. Increase moderate exercise by ten mins per day.
2. and/or 3. Should work. It might take time.4 -
I am in about the same shape. I lost 20lbs over 12 weeks and now I haven't lost anything in 3 weeks even though I hit the gym an hour a day for cardio and weight lifting after a day at work. Im confused because I am only eating 1,800 calories a day and according to MFP, I should be skinnier by now. I have continued to loose inches though so maybe I am gaining muscle? I don't know, it's all so confusing! Good luck to you.0

Sounds like good advice. Will try, I have increased my exercise time, may lower calories by 50 ( already down to 1500), and wait. I was thinking your #1 response might be where I am at and was wondering if that was a valid statement, that my body is here, feels right and wants to stay here. I guess I am ok with that since I am down about 40 lbs overall ( lost a little before I started on Myfitnesspal, but it was a struggle), my sugar numbers are good and my cholesterol is down to 116. So being here at this weight is ok. Now I can go buy new pants, been waiting until I stopped losing, but really really need them!!! Thank you for your suggestions/ feedback...0

Well as the sayings go Paitence is a virtue and its own reward. I did "stay ther course" and was rewarded as I have now lost another 2 lbs, down to 211. I always wait a few days to ensure I stay at that weight before recording it. 1 more pound and I will have hit my goal and will go in to Maintain mode. I took a sneak peek at maintain mode, my new challenge will be to consume the updated number of calories!!0
