College was my downfall. We had the free buffets listed for every night of the week at all the local bars. Eat as much as you can became a way of life. Once I became less active I still continued to eat that way. It then became my way of dealing with stress and I didn't care.

How I do it. Much easier for me and so far the results have been to my liking. At the end if the day as long as I took in less than my recommended daily calorie intake I'm happy

Tracking in MFP has been much easier than counting points for me. I gave tried to keep it very simple... Just count calories and at the end if the night have less than the recommended number.

Have the Vivofit2 and love it. Very accurate step counter and the GarminConnect software is very easy to sync with MFP

My days off from work seem to be my biggest weakness. I'm always on my feet at work and usually get in 10,000-12,000 while at work. On my days off, I have been known to not break 6000 steps in a day.

No climbing here in Va Beach. Just lots of riding on the boardwalk with my twins. Got in a 4 mile ride on the ol cruiser today
