Hi there, When logging all your food on MFP are you showing lower calories each day ?? Are you doing any Cardio ??

Hi there ... I simply replaced chomping on Sweets with Celery or some nuts instead and made it difficult to get hold of them (ie no sweets in house so I would have to go out to get some .. ) Plus if I was tempted I would put it into MFP then compared the stats to something healthy and would talk myself out of it that way…

I wish I read this thread earlier ! haha .. I guess I will be having a sobre October now .. Alcohol is my last major obstacle I need to get into check .. I have stopped smoking, lost some weight, started exercising and eating properly but havent cracked the ole Vodka yet !
