  • 115 before baby, 153lbs at delivery, 125 today. 10 lbs left, 5 weeks PP. Those last 10 are always the most stubborn, as i think a lot of the first 20 is fluid loss. Luckily the real exercise can begin next week!
  • Some people lose weight faster after having a baby than at other times due to breast feeing, carrying infant around, and loss of fluids/fat stores for pregnancy. You may need a different approach.
